Cat Hai Terminal is one of the key projects of Hai Phong city, which is expected to be put into operation and use in May 2020, on the occasion of the liberation day of Hai Phong May 13, 2020. This is a project that will change the location and appearance of the city when it comes into operation. Cat Hai - Hai Phong railway station has a cable car crossing Cat Ba sea with a length of 21 km with 5 cable cars: Cat Hai station - Phu Long station - Cat Ba National Park station - Cat Don station - Cat Ba station. With the Cat Hai - Cat Ba cable car route, it is expected to replace the Hon Thom cable car that will become the longest cable car in the world.
 
City People's Committee. Hai Phong has written a proposal to the Prime Minister to allow this locality to update the project of Cat Hai - Phu Long cable car into the city construction master plan. Hai Phong from May 2018. Up to now, after nearly 2 years of implementation, the project has basically been completed and can be put to use in accordance with the original plan.
E-Power Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. is proud to be the supplier and constructor of the entire Alu panel on the outside of Cat Hai railway station. After nearly 50 days of implementation (exceeding the plan compared to the signed 30-day contract) the Alu plates were finally completed. To achieve such results is the effort of all E-Power employees, in accordance with its mission: responsibility, enthusiasm, honesty.
