E-Power Building Engineering Co., Ltd was founded in Hanoi on 5 May 2009 with a clear ambition: to let Vietnamese engineers design and build the envelope of landmark buildings – work that had previously gone to foreign contractors. Our founder, Nguyen Tien Chin (MSc), returned after 13 years with international construction groups in Dubai to start the journey called E-Power®.
E-Power stands for Engineering Power. Precision engineering is at the centre of everything we do: every material choice and installation method is calculated by our engineers, modelled in 3D and resolved on shop drawings before it goes to our factory and then to site.

1. Airport and special-grade project experience. E-Power has delivered roofing, façades and glazing at Long Thanh, Tan Son Nhat T3, Noi Bai T2, Van Don, Da Nang, Phu Bai, Phu Quoc, Dong Hoi, Cat Bi and Techo (Cambodia) terminals; at the National Assembly, Hanoi Museum and all 19 elevated stations of Hanoi's two metro lines. These are the projects with the toughest wind-load, waterproofing, schedule and safety requirements – and where E-Power has been proven.
2. An engineering contractor working Design & Build. We were among the first in Vietnam to apply Design & Build to the building envelope: we coordinate with the design consultant from the 3D concept stage, prepare our own shop drawings and structural calculations, fabricate in our own factory and install with our own site teams. One party accountable from detail to warranty.
3. Genuine materials, long warranties. E-Power is a certified Kalzip roofing contractor in Vietnam and works directly with Alubond USA, Rodeca (Germany), Latchways/MSA (UK), Reynobond and AGC. Workmanship warranty 12–24 months; material warranty 5–10 years, extendable to 20 years with the manufacturer on request.
4. Quality and safety management to international standards. Our ISO 9001:2015 system covers project management, fabrication and installation. Our CEO-issued Occupational Safety & Health Policy targets Zero Harm and complies with Vietnam's OSH Law 84/2015/QH13, QCVN 18:2021/BXD and the HSE requirements of international main contractors – a prerequisite for airport work and projects with foreign contractors.
People. 160 staff and 3 international experts: a 30-strong Engineering Department, Project Coordination, Sales & Estimating (15), ISO/QC (10), Factory (40) and Site (48); 60 engineers and university graduates, 18 college graduates and 42 certified skilled workers. Our engineers are internationally trained in metal roofing and façade systems and work alongside experienced European specialists.
Factory and equipment. A 3,000 m² factory in the Hoa Lac hi-tech zone with European-standard panel roll-forming, extrusion and shearing lines; panel-lifting gantries, mobile cranes and transport fleet for the long-span roofs of airports, arenas and castles.
Four-step process. (1) Detailed design – 3D model, shop drawings, structural calculation; (2) Cost estimating; (3) Factory fabrication and site installation; (4) Handover, maintenance and warranty. Stages run in parallel wherever possible to shorten the programme.
